Ingredients
- 1 7-ounce can chipotle chilis in adobo sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1œ teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon stevia optional
- or 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 â3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Make the Marinade- In a blender, combine: Chipotle chilis, Garlic, Cumin, Chili powder, Black pepper, Oregano, Salt, Stevia or honey (optional), Avocado oil, Water
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Marinate the Chicken- Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and coat thoroughly.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for the best flavor.
- Grill the Chicken
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
