Hey there, I’m Jess Dukes.
I started my journey at 215 pounds. I had poor eating habits, lived off junk food and was convinced that I just didn’t have the willpower to lose weight. I was constantly trying every new fad diet and quick fix that hit the market. I did well for a few days, then would go back to my old eating habits the second I got busy or stressed.
I hit my rock bottom at a work event and know I needed to figure out how to lose weight and ditch the struggle for good. and I did!
I have lost 80 pounds and it is my mission to help other women lose the weight, just as I have.
For the last 10 years, I have coached thousands of women and helped them lose weight with ease. I have discovered the number one skill you need in order to lose weight and keep it off for life…and that is your mindset. You can have the most perfect meal plan and workout routine, but if you don’t have the right mindset, it will be impossible to stay consistent and lose the weight.
