Eleven years ago, I weighed 215 pounds, and I kept trying to lose weight but would always quit because I wasn’t getting results fast enough. I turned to food when I was stressed, tired, bored and even happy. After trying every diet out there, I felt completely stuck, thinking I'd never lose the weight.

I have tried so many diet and exercise programs and came to the conclusion that none of them worked. I felt like I had tried everything.

But the one thing I hadn’t tried was changing my mindset. 

That is when everything changed and I went on to lose over 80 pounds and have kept it off.

Changing my thoughts changed the way I showed up for myself on my journey. I stopped skipping my workouts, I found better coping mechanisms for my stress than food and I started to rebuild trust in myself because I started following through on my commitments. I finally became the happy, confident and disciplined person I always wanted to be.

Now, I'm a Certified Life Coach through The Life Coach School, and have helped thousands of women over the last decade lose weight for the last time and I can help you too.

HOW LIFE COACHING WORKS

  1. FIRST, WE TALK

    I want to get to know you, what you have tried in the past, why you think it didn’t work and what is keeping you stuck. Together, we will uncover the thoughts that are preventing you from losing weight.

  2. IDENTIFY THE GOAL

    This is the fun stuff. I will ask questions to help you start digging deep and really think about the life you want, how you want to live it, the results you want and how food fits in.

  3. MAKE A PLAN

    Based on your answers, together, we will come up with a plan that works for you. You may not realize it now, but you already know exactly what to eat and how much, but your thoughts are preventing you from discovering your answers. I will not give you a plan because I want to teach you how to create your own plan that matches the life you want.

  4. BUILD BELIEF

    This is where we will spend the most time. We will start working on shifting the thoughts that were previously keeping you stuck and create new thoughts that will help you start acting like the person you want to become.

  5. BUILD BELIEF

    You do the work. You follow through on the plan and start to get closer and closer to your goal each day and finally lose weight for the last time.

Losing weight goes far beyond just what you eat and the workouts you do. You can have the most perfect diet plan that has worked for other people you know, and still have it not work for you.

And that is because, if you don’t believe you can lose the weight and get frustrated every time the scale goes up…you won’t stick with it.
