5 Things I Did to Lose 80 Pounds (That Had Nothing to Do With Tracking Every Bite)

I stopped quitting.
Not every day was perfect. But I decided that I was done ghosting myself when things got hard. I showed up messy, tired, unmotivated—and did something anyway.

I made a simple food plan I could actually stick to.
