Breakfast Parfait


  • 3/4 cup of non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of gluten free granola (I used KIND Cinnamon and Oats)
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries, strawberries and raspberries (I buy fresh and freeze the night before)
  • 1 packet of stevia
  • 1/8 tsp of pure vanilla extract

I normally have eggs or shakeology every single day for breakfast, but with summer approaching, I really want to mix things up with some fresh fruit. This has been so delicious in the morning and very filling thanks to the protein in the greek yogurt!
