What do you hate more?
Most days I like to workout, but days like today, I hate it. I woke up with a headache...one I have had for days. I could have easily shut off my alarm and gone back to bed. As much as I can hate exercising, I hate one thing MUCH MUCH more.
I never want to be that 215 pound girl I once was. Never, ever, ever. Skipping workouts, cheating my meal plan...those are things that old me would have done. 30 minutes of exercise seems like nothing in comparison to being overweight.
Everyday, I will choose exercise over extra pounds. 30 minutes a day is a small sacrifice I will gladly make to be healthy, happy and confident.
